Incident Catalog Item

To ensure that the correct information is gathered by the user for particular types of issue. We already have it for service requests and change but it would be good to have for incidents too to ensure standard and useful information is gathered for us to process.

Can you use custom forms for different categories of incident for this purpose? Our Business Apps team developed their own category which has custom fields that I think are displayed when they create an incident in this category. It's kept separate from the other incidents using category and their incidents have more info attached to them.
