It'd be great to have keyboard shortcuts for common tasks like switching between Dashboard/My Tickets/Group Tickets, creating a new ticket, adding a new note, etc. If these exist, I can't find them. Thanks!
I'm not a programming expert by any means but wouldn't this be impossible since WHD is web based and the shortcuts would react to the browser you have open and not the webpage?
+1 on this well-aged feature request. Javascript can certainly process keyboard events as the formatting shortcuts in this editor demonstrate.
