In order to de-conflict SWSD's list of template ticket forms from ITIL's "Service Catalogue" (which is a large database containing information about broad IT Services of an organisation along with technical build, SLAs and criticalities etc - e.g. "Email Service"), is it possible that "Service Catalog" and "Service Catalog Item" could be renamed to something less contentious, such as "Incident Templates", "Request Forms" or similar?
