Trigger action for Service Now instance operational state not functioning correctly when email is being sent for alert. When inserting a variable to the email action message box for OPerational state and formatting the output value to Enabled state, it shows wrong state.
0=Disabled
1=restricted
2=Enabled
3=restricted by system
As can be seen below "2 will be presented as Disabled" this is incorrect. it should be 2 represents Enabled.
