I have suggested this idea in the past and I know that others have as well. It would be highly beneficial if the SolarWinds Service Desk would send the buyer on a purchase order a notification email when the purchase order has been approved by all required approvers (state is changed to "Approved"). This would greatly assist in the process by prompting the buyer to actually place the orders without having to go into the purchase order module constantly to review the status of all of their entered POs.
