Pop-up notifications in web browser for new incidents

It would be great to have pop-up notifications in the web browser that would inform technician about new incident etc. The notification with preview of the ticket would be very helpful as well as the current notifications are not very good in my opinion and it would benefit from upgrade.

Agreed, and subsequently I have requested this type of feature for notifying users when an approval or task has been assigned, as well as to alert when still pending after the set due date.  Notifications and even reminders via email is inefficient and outdated, as they only get buried under the influx of incoming emails we all receive and no one is constantly looking at their emails, thus often times approvers have no clue they've been assigned an approval task.  Even having the option to send the approval assignee a message to their teams chat would be great, as most of my users are frequently on teams, daily.
