Currently, when generating a Purchase Order you have to manually populate the "Terms & Conditions" field manually upon generating each PO. We utilize a very long list of TOC and having to copy from a text file and past in every time is a hassle and allows a tech to potentially forget o add the text in. I would like to see the ability to prepopulate this field automatically with the data I would like added to each and ever purchase order generated within ServiceDesk.
