Would add being able to enter custom url text using a link button like you can on a comment would also be useful.
Would love the ability to separate response templates by category like we do for Solutions. Not all departments/categories see each other's items. It's done everywhere else, Why not w/ Response Templates?
I love the response templates but was disappointed at the available variables. i'd love to use variables to call specific field responses into the response template. One example is, we have a New User Service Request employees fill out to have a new AD account created. i use a response template to summarize their request for their supervisor when approving it. If i can pull answers to the field responses like the new employee's name, equipment selected etc, into the response template using the field's name as a variable, it would be a major time saver and keep things consistent through the department.
