An Incident should not show an Unread Comment indicator on a ticket I JUST posted a comment on

REPORTING A BUG
If I posted a comment on a ticket, I probably know that I posted a comment on the ticket, and I probably know what it says. I absolutely should NOT have an unread comment indicator showing on Incident list; that means I have to go through an annoying extra effort to PULL UP THE TICKET I WAS JUST ON, press <F5> to refresh the Incident page, then go back to the Incident list and <F5> to refresh THAT. If I am not keeping track of the number of comments on a ticket and no one else posts comments, I might later in the day think I am finally getting a response to someone, only to be doubly-aggravatingly disappointed to find that the "unread comment" is NOT an update, but the last thing I posted. Doubly aggravating because now I am irked at whoever is not responding AND at SWSD for this bug.

Until six months or a year ago, Incident lists did not show an Unread Comment indicator to a user after that person posted a new comment.
