Getting “Needed Scripts Are Not Available” Error on Customer Portal

Hi Community,

I’m facing an issue while accessing the SolarWinds Customer Portal. Whenever I log in, the page shows a grey background with the message: “Needed Scripts Are Not Available.”

Has anyone else experienced this error? Is it related to browser settings, cached scripts, or something on the SolarWinds side? Any guidance or workaround would be appreciated so I can access the portal properly.

Customer portal working fine for me in Chrome this morning.
