Hello Folks, I would like to see with the forum members if someone here gets this issue or misconfiguration when setting a OSPF alert with some custom properties to filter the neighbors before trigger the alert.
To show on the alert actions the information about the ISP name, circuitID and link speed to my Service Desk to open the case on the ISP, was necessary to create 3 custom property named Operadora, CircuitID and Velocidade attached on the interface wich connects to ISP company router/modem.
On my alert trigger condition I have some checks with custom property like Owner Team of the device and check if the device is marked to alert on an external tool.
But the alert problem is that we have some interconnetions L3 internally running OSPF or BGP (the problem is the same on the BGP alert) that doesn't have an ISP connected so there is no information to put on the custom property and the alert was generating when this interconnections goes to down and on the action about the alert informations we see the Operadora, CircuitID and speed blank.
Trying to solve this I added the custom properties on the alert to mitigate this unwanted alerts to trigger but the NPM is not respecting the the trigger condition and continues to open alerts to OSPF that doesn't have the interface custom properties configured.
Below is the trigger condition alert.

I will be grateful if someone has any idea.
Thank you!
