My process integration URL keeps disappearing

So I have a "Samanage" process integration created for doing things using the SolarWinds API.

When I create Process Integration elements in a workflow, sometimes the additional URL I am adding to the Process Integration item just won't save.  An example below:

I entered the additional URL in the screenshot here:

I can save this, and then edit it again.  It's there, as expected.

If I refresh the page, however, it reverts back to this:

Please send this to (servicedesksupport@solarwinds.com) This definitely isn't intentional and if we need it to get to the Engineering team, we need to start it with a support case.
