SW Observability field mapping not working?

I have the SW Observability (Self-Hosted) integration working, kinda.

I created a Custom Attribute on the SWO side for Alert name:

So then I go to the SWSD side, and I can now see that field.  I have created a Custom Form, along with a Custom Field (Text) to contain the alert name.  I created a Dynamic Form Rule to ALWAYS show the custom form, though I'd like to limit that to specific categories, ideally.

I can see on the audit tab that the SWO Severity field is mapped, but the SWO Alert Name is not.  I can see both fields on my custom form, too:

I then tried it as an Entity Attribute, which didn't work either.

How do I get this field mapping to work for my new field like it does for the built-in Severity level?

@cdow2011 Thank you for sharing the details. Could you please verify whether the alert name is populated under "Alert Properties" in the ticket description?

• If it is populated, we’ll need to investigate why it’s not being mapped correctly.

• If it isn’t, it may indicate an issue on the SWO Self-Hosted side.

Based on the use case, I recommend opening a support ticket for further assistance.
