Canned Response Templates: Is there a limit to how many will show in a Notes - Canned Response Template dropdown? I can create as many as I want but only 7 in total will show.

Example:

I make 8 templates.

Request Type A: I want all 8 templates to show.

• Only the first 7 created will show.

Request Type B: I want 4 templates to show, with one being the 8th template I created.

• Only the "first" 3 will show. The last made template (the 8th) will not show.

I don't see your exact behavior - for example, in this case I made 8 templates, and assigned all 8 to Request Type Facilities and only test1, test2, test3, and test8 to Request Type Network.
When I looked at Facilities I did see all 8, and when i looked at Network I saw only the ones I had selected.


However, I did see some weird behavior when I created a whole bunch of them (test1 --> test20).  In that case I only see 11 of them, with no scroll or option to choose the others:



So, I don't think you're crazy  
I'd recommend opening a support case for it as it seems there are some use cases that aren't behaving as one would expect.  I'm not sure why I saw different behavior on your original use case, but mine is a pretty new/clean test environment so perhaps there are other things in play in a "real" environment.
