Question on cortex polling

I'm working on migrating our SolarWinds install from an older server to a newer server set up under better best practices. Prior to the full migration, I have to confirm full functionality of the software. Both systems are running 2023.4.2 and I've noticed something I didn't know would be considered normal as a discrepancy so I figured I'd ask here before raising a ticket. The old server, when doing a list resources on a APC UPS sees the following:

This server is also is running fully licensed.

the new server which is currently having to run in eval mode until we cut over only has this for the same UPS:

Seems the UPS option is missing. I was curious to know if this polling method is being blocked while in eval? As I can't have both systems licensed at the same time and I can't park the licenses until I cut over, I seem to be in a bit of a pickle to show full functionality.

OK this is odd. One thing I didn't notice until now was that the servers apparently were having time issues. The servers were in the wrong timezone (shouldn't be an issue and correctable) but the software was showing 3 hours behind in polling times. Had to edit the registry and start the time service to sync with our NTP, then on next check, the resources were available. If anyone in SW seems to read this point, something you may want to check into with polling and time sync.

I could be wrong but maybe in the latest versions this isn't visible as part of List resources anymore, but the details that you are capturing out of it might already be pulled onto your node page in a different format or it could have happened that updated OID's might be the root cause as well. Not sure what it is.

What does that capture anyways in the older version ? What data does that UPS in list resource populate ? Does that capture Power Control or Battery status or something else ?

I had thought about the mib database and updated that as well. But even upon checking again, there still nothing showing up as an option or as polled data. Unfortunately as both systems are running 2023.4.2 I have to rule out old version vs new version as this is the same. It's just older server vs newer server.
