Is there a report or something in Orion that I can generate a list of all emails that are configured to receive an alert?

Is there a report or something I can run in settings that will give me a list of the distribution groups that alerts are sent out to? We are auditing who gets what alert and it would be great if I could pull a list of where alerts are going. I thought there was a place for this but cannot find it right now. Thanks -Dave

I have been able to kind of piece things together from when I asked this back in 2017 Generate report that will list the alert and the associated email address that is getting this alert.

Still looking for format it better but have a bit of a start
