Can you export Maps to another SolarWinds instance? (Non-Atlas)

We have build a new SolarWinds environment from scratch. Before we embark on re-creating all the new style maps that we have, does anyone know a way to export and import?

I'm aware there will be an issue with the NodeID's not matching the new system, but hoped you can match on IP address.

Like you mentioned, the maps would never be accurate from one instance to another, so there's not an OOTB export/import feature.

If you are feeling fancy you could script something up that extracts all the map data, then identifies all the objectid's in it and looks up their details like captions or IP's in the parent system, then tries to find the equivalent objectid in the new environment and replaces the reference in the map json text. It's doable because all the involved tables allow CRUD and JSON is pretty decent to parse, probably would take a good number of hours for someone to cook it up though,
