Hi, We are running WHD 12.7 on Centos7 & Postgress db. Users are reporting when they try to open new tickets, they get prompted to update their profile and they get thrown in a loop if they try to update. Odd behavior...!!

getting error when trying to merge in a new ticket to a older merge. says ticket # is already merged with another ticket.
