We recently moved to 12.7.8 HF1 and now when clients look at their history of tickets and click on one, they lost the ability to print the details. Anyone heard of this one?
Is there a way to reduce the size WHD takes up? We're a relatively small company. 7 agent licenses, less than 18,000 tickets and WHD is taking up 96.4GB.

Can someone point me to more info on "You can now download a list of tickets to a TSV file," as referenced in the release notes for 12.7.8? From where?
