Have WHD 12.7.12. We have a drop down list of 26 techs listed but 2 techs are set to inactive actaully have 0 tickets ever. And we have 3 techs that left and they only have 6 or 7 tickets that are 3 years old and not relevant. We would like to remove these 2 or 5 techs from the search as it is taking up space in the drop…
After a recent upgrade of a WHD environment to version 12.7.13, survey submissions are required to have the responders logged into their accounts. Are we able to disable this requirement? Is there a workaround? I can't see why Solarwinds would remove anonymous survey submissions.

Ticket generated have a ticket number, can you add a barcode either below it or above it to make it easier for our technicians to pull up the ticket. I made this request over 3 years ago and have seen no change/update. We are looking at an alternative ticket systems that have this feature. Thank You
