Is there an option to enable Multi-Factor Authentication for tech accounts in order to provide additional security to our system? Some of our support tickets contain sensitive data and I want to be sure that we have the tightest security possible.
Have WHD 12.7.12. We have a drop down list of 26 techs listed but 2 techs are set to inactive actaully have 0 tickets ever. After a recent upgrade of a WHD environment to version 12.7.13, survey submissions are required to have the responders logged into their accounts. Are we able to disable this requirement? Is there a workaround? I can't see why Solarwinds would remove anonymous survey submissions.
