We have a custom property to links to KB articles when an alert triggers. Looks like this stopped working after the last update? We are on NPM 2024.4.0. Is there a new way or a work around we can use to get it working again? This used to show as a clickable link but now just shows it as text.
Greetings to the community, I need an alert for MPLS link saturation. For example, I have a 2GB interface that my IPS gives me and I want to know if it will alert me when I exceed 75% of the 2GB usage. What alert could I get for what I need? Where do I set those 2GB that the IPS is giving me. I hope I have expressed myself…
I created a processing rule for link down and link up. pop It looks for the trap down OID but my question is how to include the interface. I think once this fire it will alert for one interface and if the link up comes in for another one it would reset the alert. Any advice on how to handle this?
I would like to query a 3rd party API and show the results on a page in Solarwinds. Doesn't seem that hard, but I cannot figure out how to do it. Any pointers?

There's a report in SolarWinds called "Physical Entities (Serial Number) v3" that reports on all of the devices we have, but it only shows serial numbers for Cisco devices, and it also doesn't show MAC…
Hi, Is it possible to get a report of the data found in the Scheduled Discovery Results? I am talking about getting the data in the section in the image below as pdf or excel. My customer wants to learn the name and alias values of all interfaces and see their list without scanning and monitoring their entire inventory.…
I have always had trouble understanding the syntax for datetime in historical SWQL queries. I would so greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me if the below queries are properly formatted: - Last 30 Days: * * DateTime field >= AddDay( -30, GETDATE()) - Last 24 hours: * * DateTime field >= AddHour( -24, GETDATE()) -…
