On my additional web servers there is a file on C:\temp\Toolset_BusinessLayerPlugin_tracelog.svclog the keeps growing until my disk nearly gets full. I have been stopping services and deleting the file manually but thats getting old :) all previous posts are pretty dated and the filesystem changed completely since then.…
Hey everyone, I've set up a processing rule for LinkDown and LinkUp traps. I’ve added these rules as the trigger action (LinkDown) and reset action (LinkUp). However, I’m trying to ensure that if multiple LinkDown traps come in for different interfaces, the correct alert gets reset when the corresponding LinkUp trap…
We have a custom property to links to KB articles when an alert triggers. Looks like this stopped working after the last update? We are on NPM 2024.4.0. Is there a new way or a work around we can use to get it working again? This used to show as a clickable link but now just shows it as text.
Greetings to the community, I need an alert for MPLS link saturation. For example, I have a 2GB interface that my IPS gives me and I want to know if it will alert me when I exceed 75% of the 2GB usage. What alert could I get for what I need? Where do I set those 2GB that the IPS is giving me. I hope I have expressed myself…

I would like to query a 3rd party API and show the results on a page in Solarwinds. Doesn't seem that hard, but I cannot figure out how to do it. Any pointers?

Right now we are using old SCCM boxes and…
Hello, Is there a way to add multiple devices that use only ICMP to NPM at the same time?
Solarwinds Network Configuration Monitor can support Forcepoint firewall and Huawei switches and routers or not. if not than any road map or tentative deadline to be support these vendors.
Hey everyone. This question has neem asked a bunch of times, I'm still not clear on exactly how to do it though. There's a report in SolarWinds called "Physical Entities (Serial Number) v3" that reports on all of the devices we have, but it only shows serial numbers for Cisco devices, and it also doesn't show MAC…
