We have never utilized interface custom properties. I was wondering how do you all utilize them? I was thinking of adding the below interface criticality interface type circuit type connection type internet carrier What are some great things you all have done with these properties?
Our customer is wanting the stats from NetPath over a longer period of time. I am a network engineer but not had much experience with SQL. I've tried to create a custom chart in the reporting section of SolarWinds but there is no data over a period of time, only at the time that the report is created.

Hello, We have a list of alerts which are INFORMATIONAL messages and don't need any acknowledgement by our NOC team. These automatically create an Incident in our ticketing system. Is there a way to auto acknowledge these alerts? Maybe an action in the alert trigger action? Thanks, Arnab
