Can I use the new API poller to alert on license useage?

How to set up alert for only the weekend?
When setting up an alert, there appears to be only two options: every day or every business day, Monday to Friday. Is there an option for an alert to trigger only on Saturday and/or Sunday that I'm not seeing? Thanks,
