We are tying to get our cisco routers and switches to alert in PagerDuty. The Solarwinds trigger is setup to send an alert when the node goes down. This will trigger if we unplug the CAT cable from the port however if we power off the router the HTTP request will fail and send the request. Is there something with the node that needs to turned on or something need to adjusted with the alerts?
