Has anyone tried setting up a discovery connection to Intune to pull asset information? Many of our new 1:1 devices are being set up there instead of SCCM, and it would be nice to connect to Intune directly instead of having the new devices in a hybrid setup with sccm.
Does anyone know how to remove the asset information section from the client ticket entry web page?
We have SSO enabled so we don't need to log in with a User Credentials. Over the last few hours, only a few users are required to log in to WHD. I am attaching an image of what we are seeing. We are on WHD Version12.7.1 - Build #12.7.1.538-HF1-WHD-3816-WHD-3817. Has anyone else been having experience like this? Thank you…

The custom field definitionId is 11 for "Computer Number", how do I…

Hi All, We run two separate installations of WHD - currently on 12.6. For a long time now we find an issue where the ticket screen doesn't save or it collapses menus \ hides them, you then have to either refresh the screen or go back into the ticket - sometimes losing your changes.. It happens multiple times a day for each…
Do we have Cloud based ITSM solution in solarwinds?

We haven't gone live yet, but im working on importing attachments from the previous program (Assets and Tickets) into WHD for techs to review. Also…
