In "Web Help Desk" in the Assets module, we need to be able to query for records that have no value (null) in the Audit Date field. This would be very helpful in listing records that need to be inventoried. Ernie
When you update information on an asset from the API it would be nice to be able to post what you updated in the audit history in the same manner that the information shows up when you are using the web interface.

Presently we are converting the TSV query results into Excel (.xlsx) using an online tool. It would save time to have an Excel export option natively available.
Presently there is no way to automatically email the results of a query to specified users like there is for reports. Due to the limitation of reports with showing ticket details, we opted to pull the data using a query, but now have to manually send the TSV results via email.
