I have a Sonus SBC1000 that is being used for Microsoft Lync VOIP calls and I would love to be able to pull Voice quality metrics off it, does VNQM support this?
I am trying to do a VoIP search for 911 and only 911 calls but get a lot of other numbers. Is there a way to do an explicit search for only 911?
Hello all, Anyone else seeing large amounts of duplicate CDRs? Same call origin, same destination, same CCM, same start time and same end time. Almost 100 of them. If find it hard to believe this guy tried to call the same guy 100 times in the same second. Thanks Tony

Heloo, In monitoring call manager using VNQM , it use the AXL credentials to access the call manager to get region information , anyone knows how frequent the VNQM do that ?
HI We have NPM, NTA and SAM but are evaluating VNQM. I have 10 SLA's per gateway but VNQM is only seeing 7 of them, i.e. three are not being seen. The three are icmp-jitter which is the same as the other seven per gateway. Why would VNQM not see these three when I go to add them? Cheers Laurie
