There are many feature requests that have been open for years with no official updates on timing, if its being looked at or if it will even happen. Can we have them reviewed / synced with any internal tools so we can have an idea of what is being worked on and when we can expect some features that have been requested,
I ordered couple items on May 1 and never received anything. My points were deducted immediately. Emailed back and no responses. Anyone having the same issues? I'd sent an email to thwackstore@solarwinds.com and @the_ben_keen as well.

why is my thwack id not showing up?
Is there any chance of getting the "Men's Zip-up Jacket" in XS, for those of us not blessed with larger bodies? I'm guessing it is American sizing which would usually be about 2 sizes in difference to European.
