Ask your system admin to validate this in SolarWinds

1. Orion IP Address correct - ? 10.1.240.56, Yes then step 2

2. Is port open between the server (where you are installing this agent) and SolarWinds - ? Yes, then point 3

3. Login into SolarWinds, go to Settings -> All Settings -> Manage Accounts (which is under User Accounts), check if you can see 'sshahed' account and as well ask him to verify if it has 'Admin Rights' - ? Yes, then step 4

4. Try to login into SolarWinds URL https://10.1.240.56/Orion using 'sshahed' account and password.
