We've had a couple issues where SQL services do not come back online after patching/server restart/etc. The SQL Offline alert does not fire because it never started up in the first place. It would be good if the alert covered that scenario as well.

As of today, the SQL Sentry Portal requires Windows Authentication to log in. This causes 401 errors in mobile phones and browsers that don't support the browser logon prompt. Would it be possible to implement Form-Based Authentication instead, which should work on all devices and browsers?
