I want to create a user and I want to show just a specific dashboard to this user. Currently, custom dashboards exist globally and cannot be restricted to specific users. The dashboard permission in feature-based security can restrict a user's access to dashboards for specific targets but not restrict custom dashboards for that same target. So if a dashboard was created and a user doesn't have the dashboard permission for the targets referenced in the charts, those charts will be restricted.
