Show ASA Site-to-Site VPN

Log in the NPM SQL Database when a user has their role/rights updated in the Orion console
Currently, NPM does not log when any changes are made to a user in the Orion Console. It is important to know for instance when a user is elevated to an administrator or when that user is granted SSH access, just examples. We own unlimited licenses for all of our products (LX). It would be nice to include a scaled back copy that supported 5 nodes, 5 flows, 5 SAM transactions etc. that could be used for development and testing for each license that a customer holds that is current on maintenance.
