Remove the ALL CAPS setting from the subtitles on all Orion resources
I have noticed in several areas of the tool where there is Title and Subtitle, the Title is displayed exactly as typed but the sub-title is always in ALL CAPS. As shown below when adding a Custom Widget to the main page When the resource is displayed it looks like this. I have noticed this in Reports as well.

anomaly detection
HI it's better have anomaly detection on memory usage, cpu usage, bandwidth, iops, packet per seconds and so on in nodes with machine learning and forecast for example all day in this hour cpu usage on node X is about 20% but now it's 80% and it helps admins to find problems on big networks and datacenters
Allow admins to CLEAR interface error counts from Orion pages
NPM is very good about collecting and showing interface Errors, its impossible to "reset" these once the issue has been corrected in the field. System Admins need a way to reset these counts so that these counters are actually useful.
