Many newer devices no longer support the SNMPv3 SHA. I have a need to get SNMPv3 SHA256 at least implemented. This has been an industry approved standard for 20 years, so I am unsure why this isn't on NPM. The current supported version of SNMPv3 on NPM are all considered "broken" meaning it is know they can readily be figured out/broken into.
