Hi, I've had the NG server running for less than an hour yet the counter widget shows the following stats: last hour: 5, last 24 hrs: 5, total: 17. In reality, I've had 17 messages in the last 45 minutes. Why the discrepancy? Thanks!

We have a rule setup for a special event. It hit yesterday and we got like 94 emails. Is there a way to stop emailing after a set threshold? If I use the stop processing then it will quit after one email sent right? Can you have a flag/counter for the flag counter? lol If not can this be on a wish list?

Trying to install on server core instead. It halts at .net 4.8 download/install. It opens up the .net install, then I get "package installation is failed. Error Code is 1. Can someone verity that the syslog can be installed on Server2019 core? thanks.
