Unable to get new NG version working

Installed the new Kiwi Syslog Server NG today and having some real issues trying to get it even working.

Once it has been installed if i go to the licensing screen i get this error message displayed

If i take the option to edit the license and put in my activation key, i get the screen below

I have tried to setup test messages, non on which appear on the console, I have also downloaded and installed the free syslog generator to create test syslog message every minute and none of these are also being displayed in the dashboard or events.

Is there something wrong with the installer? As i briefly saw a message about evaluationlicense.lic savefailed error.

Any Ideas?

Migrate settings button should open file browser to select original KSS .ini configuration file.
If this doesn't work please check if you use supported browser - https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/kss/content/system_requirements/kssng_1-0_system_requirements.htm
or raise cusotmer support ticket if this doesn't help. thanks.

Does SolarWinds License Manager show the presence of Kiwi Syslog Server NG evaluation license in its UI?

Thanks @ivodlouhy initially the NG product was not displaying in the license manager, but since it does now I am able to register it with our license.

I have the issue now where I cannot migrate the old settings from our Syslog Server, each time i click on the 'migrate settings' it does nothing? Am i doing anything wrong ,or is there another way to get these settings imported?

Don't fancy having to recreate them all from scratch again.

It appears that I had to upgrade to a newer version of Google Chrome before the import setting would work, despite being on the latest version of Firefox which didn;t work.

Finally got it up and running / working as the old Syslog server was. so thanks.
