I've been trying for three days now to get the Kiwi Syslog trial from the website. I've called, sent in chats, and requested quotes. I cant seem to get an answer or a download link. Is there anything else I should be trying? The button on the website just takes me to a form. I fill it out and then... nothing. Thanks
In the old Kiwi, I could name the 20 display levels anything I wanted. I cannot figure out how to rename them in NG. It's pretty inconvenient to have to click on each one to find the one I want, because they can't be named to match whatever is being displayed.
We migrated to NG and was able to used the import feature to get our configuration and rules into it. After tweaking the rules to get it working, We now need to duplicate the settings to the other NG servers but are unable to do so.
