Why are we updating installed clients to versions that are not available to be downloaded as a package? I have noticed that agents are reporting versions 7.50.16 and 7.50.17 yet I can only get 7.50.13 from the downloads section. When clicking on the email icon to send the url to start a new session with a user from the DRE console, 13 windows open up. The first window creates a new mail message, but the URL is not posted. The other 12 indicate this action is not supported in New Outlook and suggest going back to Classic mode.
