Dameware Remote Everywhere Support

Hi Team,

I have just installed the Dameware solution in my environment, however i will like to use the solution to connect to remote device without the use of internet.
Is this achievable? if Yes, How?

Since this is a SaaS Based solution I am going to say no, internet is required to connect. You could use Dameware Remote Support for on Network connections.

The DRE (Dameware Remote Everywhere) proxy agent is a software component that acts as an intermediary between computers on your network. It allows technicians to remotely access and manage machines that don't have a direct internet connection.

Here's how it works:

Install the DRE Proxy Agent: You install the proxy agent on a computer within your network that does have a stable internet connection.
Configure Other Machines: Computers on your network that lack internet access are then configured to connect to the DRE proxy agent instead of the main DRE server.
Communication Bridge: The DRE proxy agent acts as a bridge, relaying communication between the internet-restricted machines and the main DRE server. This allows technicians to establish remote sessions and manage those machines even without a direct internet connection.
