This forum platform is incredibly difficult to use and not very friendly at all. I was told by SolarWinds to make my feature requests and bug-fix requests here. But there is no clear way to do that.
We outline the way to use THWACK in the THWACK Documentation. It goes through how to build a good feature request and where to build it.
Thank you KMSigma.SWI. That's great to know, but where do I find existing Ideas that have been submitted? I don't want to recreate the same idea or issue.
I do see this page from the "Product Forums" dropdown: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/loggly
Should I search around in here?
It's right at the top:
All of the current FR's are listed in there and if you don't see one for the things you want/need, then create one. Include as much details as possible. There's nothing worse than having a product feature that doesn't do what you need it to do.
SolarWinds solutions are rooted in our deep connection to our user base in the THWACK® online community. More than 195,000 members are here to solve problems, share technology and best practices, and directly contribute to our product development process.
