Have you tried using PDF viewer? The ability to 'sign' the document also allows you to add text. It's a kludge but PDFs are beautifully zoomable.

Agreed and I've voted this up, but this very much fits in with SolarWInds addressing user rights granularity. This aspect would hiopefully be addressed by this FR: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/network-performance-monitor-npm/i/feature-requests/granular-node-management-rights
