It's been a long time coming since I raised my initial "please can you fix" post but great to see this si finally sorted. Only query, in what release did the advanced alert appear? My read of your post is that there shoudl essentially be two OOB alerts now, but our clients still only see one?

Most of your "suggested" additional alerts would be considered noise to our environments. Unless you have explicit SLA's or contractual requirements for the above suggestions then my opinion (for what it is worth) is forget them. For example.
