Hi… apologies for slow reply but I wasn't alerted with the funky new THWACK. As per my opening post, I haven't filtered out irrelevant ports Anyway, the report code looks like this: SELECT NodeCaption AS [Device Name], AgentIP AS [Device IP], COUNT( CASE WHEN n.Interfaces.OperStatus = 'Up' THEN 1 ELSE NULL END ) AS [Oper…

Sure in JOBS, there is a section where you select your nodes. Just pick the ones you want then. N.B. it might be easier to create a custom property for all your nodes of a certain IOS, and then use that in the picker.

Appreciate you remembering to reply anyway - thanks Thomas.

This is my first ever bracket battle as only looked on in bemusement before. Anyway, points don't seem to be being awarded - or are they all added up behind the scenes and awarded at the end?
-
Looking forward to it.
-
And in return I have to disagree with you #10 I just can't work through even though I have the two letter clues from the prior answer.
-
What - no hint? The horror BTW - are winners ever listed somewhere
-
This has been discussed a few times and I have even had a phone chat about it with @"jblankjblank" so have tagged him in. More and more of us want/need the updates but don't want the pain of converting old world stuff to new.
-
Yeah - it wasn't nice and I hesitated big time before taking the plunge. Thankfully got it right.

I recall thinking..."I haven't bowled this much in a decade" and must have played 20 games all by myself.
-
This is a total aside @"yumdarling" With regards to the registration & screenshot submission - can I ask (if you know) where you get the UK county details from? Where I work (and live), the county you have listed hasn't existed for 25years... Mid Glamorgan ceased to exist in 1996 and it was replaced with 6 smaller…
-
Did you get this one yet? If not, see my reply to molnizame and also others that have replied, but I found it best to separate the "phrase" into two distinct words and then work out what letters are missing from the start to make two other words. It's those missing letters you need. HTH?

One thing we really would like to see is better permissions granularity. Essentially what we'd like to see is: * Super Admin level - can do anything * Admin - can only edit certain, specific areas e.g. reports * Power User - can access all areas, can add certain aspects (e.g. reports) but can't edit other areas e.g. node…

Thank you @"jblankjblank" some comprehensive answers there - let me address the key ones, but yes, I think we are going to need to deploy a test bed to see what's what with this version. 1. I don't have any specifics I can think of, but you mentioned one that is good to have, curved and angled lines. Is it absolutely…
-
That was one I DIDN'T select and it still told me I shouldn't select it - well which is it? lolz
-
Can you detail what those issues are? Would be helpful to see what you've found and that would directly help others to make an informed decision. Their environment could be very different to yours.

March 30th also broken but this time the question has duplication and the hint doesn't contain the answer: I'd suggest this: https://www.solarwinds.com/database-performance-monitor/vividcortex

I must have had a sheltered childhood - or Sock'em Boppers never made it to the UK. I do recall my sister had several Sky Dancers which my brother and I turned into weapons of warfare!!!

> The headphones in particular are the highest value item in the store and retail for $160. No idea where they've pulled that value from, but a quick Google shows they are retailing for approx £50 and the way the US <> UK currency converts for tech you can say $50 - and that price is direct from the manufacturer. A…

This.... Personally I don't like the approach, but powers on high mandated that they wanted as much "documentation" as possible to be in SolarWinds so we have CPs for all sorts of odds and ends.
-
I just went with pot luck and thankfully guessed right
-
@"yumdarling" - I too was caught out by the question, but not bothered about an answer reset.

Tech talk in short lines But no dice—an April jest We grin, April Fools. -- or -- No dice, friend, I pass Your sweet brevity calls me Still, I won’t comply

@"chrispacifico"did my link not work?

They are a start, but only a start. I want to be positive about maps but the grief I'm getting in trying to create new maps is incredible. Almost everything I add to a map, is a compromise on what NA provided.
-
***BUMP*** A year on and still no change to how Thin APs are monitored, or even an acknowledgement from Solarwinds. Also, I want to know who down voted improving Thin AP monitoring...whoever you are, are you for real?
-
As @"yumdarling" is not answering my two questions about the mission shortcut, can anybody else help? How or What do you log into with your Thwack details and then rate a video on a 3rd party site that, from what I can tell, has no links to SolarWinds other than a platform to watch videos from?
-
For clarity (to me) are you wanting to audit who changed it in SolarWinds, or who changed it on the end device, or both?
-
Anybody else struggling with 2 Across then I advise to click on the day's popup as the clue is subtly different to that in the PDF and immediately made it obvious to me. @"yumdarling" perhaps an 'add the missing word' to the PDF edit is in order?

Have a peaceful and hopefully joyous festive period team THWACK. Nadolig Llawen.
