Thanks for the article! I found this to be most accurate, though, as much as we've been beat over the head with the cloud being the answer to life, the universe, and everything...it almost seems like blasphemy. 

Right...I saw that earlier but seeing "the only possible answer" and understanding why it's the correct answer are 2 different things. I got it right but it bothers me to select an answer and not know why it's the correct one.

Thanks for the article. I don't think virtualization, or fully premise systems will go anywhere for a long time. 

We use many different tools company wide, and ironically, Dameware is not one of them. We use a couple different VNC flavors, windows remote management, and team viewer.

I read it differently than that....I thought they were asking which features either tool offered individually. In other words, one feature not found on both tools is not a correct answer.
