What I mean is, from my own personal experience, I have heard Saas touted as an answer to problems (whether it be wrongfully or rightfully). I've encountered instances where Saas tools such as PagerDuty has made aggregating/searching data more difficult than I'd like for it to be.

Wow....thanks for the articles. Some odd ones there!

Thanks for the article.

Thanks for posting this article. I think we should all bookmark this one and make it mandatory reading for us SW admins.

Same issue as everyone else it seems. Today's question is fine but yesterday's is still jacked up.
-
Thanks for the articles...especially the one on charity. Charity is very important....but the key thing to remember is that it's always voluntary.
-
Thanks for the article!

All this talk about documentation is on point, and a point of frustration from my perspective. At my work it's been a tradition to say "documentation? what is that?". I'm trying to make positive changes though! Good write up.

@"dgsmith80" The ability to manage jobs should be included in the NCM admin role I believe...but you have to be a full blown admin to have this. So every time there is the need for a job, network engineers have to rely on me to set it up.

This is a very needed feature. Right now I use custom reports to locate interfaces in unknown status....but that only works if the interfaces are selected resources.

Ugh - I could've sworn I got today's answer correct, but there's the dreaded red X.
-
Thanks for the article....looking forward to more on the topic. I think virtualization will be around for quite some time.
-
Thanks for the article. I especially liked this: "Budget season is coming up, what is your team doing to improve the security posture of your company? Security’s biggest enemy is complacency." Very true words.

Thanks for the article!

Thanks for the article...this is an interesting topic. Curious to see where you're going with it.

Thanks for the links as usual! The robot lay off in Japan...LOL.
-
Eh....I am pretty sure I got today's answer correct, but got a big ole fat ugly red X.
-
Welcome Yum! We like it here...

Thanks for the article. Like some of the other folks, I'm already virtual and tbh I have noticed 0 difference in regards to doing my job. However, reading about how all of the office folks are coping with the change and conversing has proven entertaining and educational.

Good to see SolarWinds taking positive action.
-
Thanks for the article. Good info here....and I agree.
-
Booooo....I could've sworn I got the right answer today but got a big fat red X.
-
Oh well...I saw there was nothing correct and read the comments and went with the "closest" answer, which was still wrong.
-
Done...any idea when the points will show up?
-
Thanks! I am really looking forward to this. It's wildly discussed in our industry these days. The more info the better.
-
Thanks for the article.

Right, but to make that claim is to also make the claim that the product is NOT scalable. I do not think this is the case. I get that you disagree asheppard970 but I just wanted to state my opinion....there's no need to argue either way.

Thanks for writing this!

Question 5 has got me stumped. All green checks except this one.....

Thanks for the articles! Good to have you back. I find the quantum supremacy stuff a bit scary.
