No not like that, When there is a problem in recognizing the prompt we have provided a provision to force CatTools to use those as prompt. But not necessary for all devices. Whichever is facing problem can be overrided with this provision. Note: All four prompt fields should be filled when using this option. Thanks, Nanda

Hi, CatTools is expecting the User Name prompt as 'Username:'. From the log you have given it is 'User:'. Please update the Username prompt as 'User:' under Prompts tab of the device details and try. Thanks, Nanda

Hi Stefan, The invalid/unknown command in the output is for the paging command send by CatTools(terminal len 0). You can remove the paging command in variations by check the 'Disable Paging' and empty the command given. John, As a process, Solarwinds will provide script changes as Buddy Drops for the active maintenance customers. For the reported similar issue, a script change sent to customer as BD solved the issue and will be available for those other customer who are on active maintenance via Solarwinds support.
