I got points on Sept 9th when I answered, but nothing on the 12th.

Monitoring the cloud environment is a lot more complex than the on site environment.

The key word is average here. I did select the 5 to 15 mins as an average. We have some that go for over a week - especially if there are hardware issues because hardware to fix the issue may need to be sent to other locations. Many things also fix themselves from an alerting perspective quickly such as flapping...while…

How long does it take to get the survey for a live class from SolarWinds Academy to earn 2000 thwack points?

We are slowly implementing AI. Small select groups and people are using AI so far and procedures are being established. Our environment is pretty locked down, so they are being very cautious when it comes to AI.

I'm Stuck on #3 also.
