I keep getting a "Please provide a valid e-mail address: example@email.com when i enter ANY valid email in the form to get the document for the mission for week 3. I don't have the document from weeks 1/2 either

The key word is average here. I did select the 5 to 15 mins as an average. We have some that go for over a week - especially if there are hardware issues because hardware to fix the issue may need to be sent to other locations.
