That may have helped me get #3. I did have to change #2 to work with #3 for the 2nd word. I won't know until i enter the last 5 words that i need to enter.

I did get my voucher information. It was in the 2nd...you are 2 steps away.... email. That was the email stating you need to create a SIP account then schedule your exam.

I was looking for the timeout for loading the Specific Server tab. I don't think changing the timeout on the reports is going to help since i need to make an update on a specific server tab in the advanced configuration tab.
